Early-bird registration (June 30th, 2014) = $240.00
Late registration (July 1 - August 8, 2014) = $265.00
On-site registration (after Aug. 8, 2014) = $300.00
ICHE welcomes on-site registrations. We will, however, unfortunately not be able to provide meals in such cases. There are several local establishments in the vicinity to take advantage of.
The first 100 registrants to ICHE 2014 will receive $20 in conference currency as a token of appreciation for their quick response. These coupons, printed in $5 denominations, have no monetary value, and are solely intended for use during the conference at the recipient’s chosen vendor.
Registration fee includes the following: access to all sessions and proceedings, conference materials and meals. Delegates will enjoy a gallery displaying Hutterite art work and vendors with relevant wares.
Refunds will be processed (minus a $40 administration fee) on all cancellations received in writing by June 1, 2014. No refunds will be processed for cancellations after June 1, 2014 due of fixed costs.
Sharing at ICHE 2014
To accommodate groups of individuals within school divisions or communities who can only attend the conference for one or half a day, we are happy to offer shared registrations. These can be purchased by organizations, and will admit one person at a time. Everything included with regular registration will be available to the name tag bearer.
